At the begining of March 2011, five months after Inspira Santa Marta Hotel’s official inauguration, Inspira Management obtained EIC ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications. These are the result of several months of preparation and management policies, with the main goal of providing the clients quality, services, products and experiences while implementing alternative solutions that enhance the environment. For Inspira, this is the reward and driving force of a corporate sustainable attitude evolving all stakeholders : customers, partners, employees and suppliers.

At time when quality plays a major role at national and international tourism scene, ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications, as well as Green Globe and Travelife Sustainability System certifications previously obtained, come to consolidate Inspira’s position in an increasingly competitive market.
